Sound Bath The core of the class is the sound bath, where participants lie down comfortably and listen to a symphony of healing sounds. The vibrations from the instruments create a soundscape that can help release tension, reduce stress, and promote a sense of inner peace. Sound healing classes offer a unique and immersive experience that can promote overall well-being. Whether you’re new to sound therapy or a seasoned practitioner, each class provides an opportunity to reconnect with yourself through the power of sound therapy, rooted in the natural sounds that surround us, which have therapeutic properties. The use of healing instruments such as sound bowls, crystals, tongue drums, and chimes, particularly those tuned to specific frequencies, facilitates a meditative experience. Qi Gong (Chi Kung) An ancient practice originating from China, has been utilized for centuries to enhance health, promote mental clarity, and foster overall well-being. This method facilitates the activation of Chi (or Prana), which is essential for vitality. By engaging in conscious breathing techniques, synchronized with gentle movements and focused intention, practitioners can activate the flow of vital energy throughout the body. This process contributes to the strengthening of the entire system, potentially mitigating the effects of aging and promoting a balanced state of health. Presented by Andreas Yeravshek, who is active in the field of alternative and complementary healing methods and spiritual awakening. He has received training as a Reflexologist, massage therapist, and sound therapist. He also teaches the arts of Qi Gong, Tai Chi Chuan.

Please read through the terms and conditions  By booking into a class you automatically agree to the below terms & conditions:​ -Maximum participants in our group classes: 12 persons -All Inner Hive classes require a 2-person minimum for a class to run. If not, Inner Hive has the right to cancel the class until 90 minutes before the class start time. -Bookings are to be made up to 60 minutes before each class. Please book in as early as possible. -While we endeavor to deliver all our classes on time and as advertises, classes are subject to change or cancel without notice. -Inner Hive is not liable to refund, transfer or offer compensation of any kind for classes that are late, changed or cancelled for any reason. -Late entry will not be permitted. The door to the studio is locked at the beginning of each class for security reasons. No entry is permitted after the class start time and leaving early is strongly discouraged. -If you are late and not permitted entry or do no not show for a class, it will count as a credit on your class pack and is non-negotiable. -Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class and please check in at reception before each class. -Inner Hive is not responsible for the safekeeping of your belongings. -Teachers are subject to change without notice -Payment needs to be made upon booking. To book into a class you must either have credits in your account or pay at the time of booking. -The studio is taken all necessary precautions against the spread of COVID-19 and is not responsible if I contract COVID-19. CANCELLATION POLICY   -Our cancellation policy is in place to ensure everyone has a chance to attend. -All class cancellations are accepted up to 120 minutes prior to the beginning of class. If you fail to cancel within this time you will be charged the no show/late cancellation fee as if you attended the class. -Cancellations via booking platform, phone, email or social media are accepted up to 2 hours prior to the beginning of class. -Please late cancel if you are unable to attend a class to make your place available to others.​ PRICING -All prices are quoted in Euros and all transactions are processed in Euros. -All prices are correct at the time of online publication. Prices are subject to change without notice. -All items are promoted in good faith to be available at the time of ordering. -Offers are only available at the lower price during the offer period. -We reserve the right to amend prices and printing errors.
